We're an independent advocate who helps you choose the right provider, get activated fast, troubleshoot problems, and negotiate your bill — for Starlink, HughesNet, Viasat, and other satellite and fixed-wireless options. Think of us as the customer support and negotiation layer the big providers don't give you.

How do I know if satellite internet is even available at my address?

Use the Check Availability tool to enter your address. We check line-of-sight and known coverage across the providers we work with and tell you honestly what's realistic — including if satellite isn't actually your best option.

Do I need to already have equipment, or can you help me get set up from scratch?

Either. If you already have a kit that needs setup or troubleshooting, we can help immediately. If you're starting from zero, we'll walk you through which provider and plan fits your address and usage, then help coordinate activation.

What actually happens on the call?

We start by understanding your address, usage, and (if applicable) your current provider and bill. From there we either help activate and configure new equipment, troubleshoot an existing connection, or get on the phone with your provider directly to negotiate pricing or resolve an issue — with you looped in the whole time.

Do you install physical equipment?

For self-install kits like Starlink, we provide remote and phone-guided setup, plus optional in-person setup assistance in select areas. We don't run our own satellite network or mount our own dishes — we help you get the manufacturer's equipment working correctly.

How does bill negotiation actually work?

With your authorization, we contact your current provider directly and negotiate on your behalf — requesting loyalty pricing, correcting billing errors, or moving you to a better-fit plan. You approve any changes before they're final.

What does this cost?

We charge a flat service fee for setup and negotiation help, detailed on our Pricing page — not a monthly internet subscription (that's billed by your actual provider). Ongoing support plans are available for customers who want us on call year-round.

What happens if my connection goes down after you've helped me set up?

Customers on an ongoing support plan can call us first — we'll troubleshoot remotely and, if it's a provider-side issue, contact them on your behalf so you're not the one on hold.

Do you offer dedicated support for business and government accounts?

Yes. Business, government, and industrial accounts get a named account contact who understands multi-site coordination, procurement timelines, and SLA terms with the underlying provider.
