3. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error, along with consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

4. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, Star Satellite Internet may suspend or terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
