California Privacy Rights

Effective January 1, 2026

This page supplements our Privacy Policy and provides additional disclosures for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information as defined under California law: identifiers (name, address, email, phone), commercial information (service history and billing details you've shared for negotiation purposes), internet or network activity (website usage data), geolocation data (service address), and, where applicable, audio/electronic data from support calls.

2. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of our website, and — where you've authorized it — from your internet provider in the course of negotiation or support work.

3. Use and Disclosure

We use personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without an applicable opt-out mechanism.

4. Your California Rights

  • Right to know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you.
  • Right to request deletion of personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not currently sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA).
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights
