Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of Star Satellite Internet's website, support channels, and services. It applies to all customers and users and is incorporated into your Service Agreement.
1. Purpose
This AUP is designed to protect the integrity of our services, our staff, and the providers we communicate with on customers' behalf. Violations may result in warnings, service suspension, or termination, depending on severity.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Providing false information about your identity, account ownership, or authorization to negotiate on an account.
- Instructing us to take fraudulent action against a provider, such as disputing legitimate charges in bad faith.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward our staff or the provider representatives we work with on your behalf.
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or website, or interfering with normal website operation.
- Using our services to violate any applicable law or a third-party provider's own terms of service.
- Reselling or redistributing our services without a commercial agreement authorizing resale.
4. Reporting Concerns
To report a concern about how our services were used on your account, contact security@starsatelliteinternet.net. Include relevant details such as dates, the provider involved, and a description of the activity.
5. Enforcement
We investigate reported violations and reserve the right to take action ranging from a warning to immediate suspension or termination of service for severe or repeated violations, consistent with our Service Agreement and Cancellation Policy.
